Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping in Delhi/NCR (subject to change without prior notice). However, for deliveries outside Delhi/NCR we add the courier cost to the product.
We also offer cash-on-delivery to specific products at no additional charge. We suggest you check the shipping charges applied at the time of check-out see the final rates applicable.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please contact us with the order details. In case your order is cancelled we will process the refund within 7 business days, after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Replacement & Refund Policy:
Since our products fall under the category of food products, they are non-returnable.
However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:
In case you want to return the product received due to any of the above reasons, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged / expired / incorrect product within 1 day of the date of delivery.
If you are returning an incorrect or expired product, please ensure that it is unused and in good condition. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we conduct necessary quality checks to ensure that the item is not tampered with and accordingly initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
In case you do not receive the complete order (missing products) you can request for a refund only on the products not received (only if they have not been dispatched). You can contact us with the order details and we will take the required action.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in customers location.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report Non-Delivery of the order, within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us.

You can go to My Account and Login to your account to see the order details. You can also contact us for more information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
